WINTERFEST VIDEO PREMIER!!!
Don’t miss the premier of the WINTERFEST VIDEO this Sunday night! We got a lot of great footage (some you might not even know we got…..) and it’s going to be AWESOME!!!! We’ll start the movie @ 7:00 sharp, so don’t be late!
Also, all you Winterfest-goers (yup, I like to make up words!) will get your very own copy of the DVD so you can go home and show your mommy’s and daddy’s how you are on these trips. Hopefully they’ll let you come with us again….

Make sure you get your PARENT RELEASE FORM in to Barry, because you can’t get on the bus until that is in his hands!

Winterfest is coming up NEXT weekend, February 17-19 and that makes me so happy!!!!
But enough about me, here’s what I need from you:
I need you ALL to be @ Impact on Sunday night so we can go over the details for the trip. Plus, I miss some of your shining, beautiful faces….
If you haven’t already, I need you to print this Parent Release Form and bring it filled out on Sunday night. (I CAN’T TAKE YOU ON THE BUS WITHOUT THIS FORM…so, you know, bring it!)
Also, we’ll meet @ the north Burger King (by Gateway Mall) @ 9:00 am on Friday, February 17. The bus is coming from Minot and picking up kids in Garrison before meeting us there to grab breakfast and hit the road. DON’T BE LATE!

Winterfest apps are due to Pastor Barry by Friday, January 13, 2012! Cost is $140, which covers your room and all the concerts and services throughout the weekend. Registration is online now! Talk to Pastor Barry if you have questions!

IMPACT CHICAGO Online Registration
It’s time. It’s time to do something. It’s time to GO. It’s time to shake the foundations of a city. It’s time to IMPACT CHICAGO!
Here’s what you should be working on right now:
1. Talk to you parents and get their permission to go.
2. If they’re cool with that, REGISTER HERE.
3. AFTER YOU REGISTER, you can start working on your fundraising. Talk to your parent about who you can send a support letter to (make sure to edit the letter!) and then start to look at other ways you can raise money (Facebook groups, email lists, etc.)
4. PRINT, SIGN and RETURN this Agreement/Release Form
5. Then make sure you get all the important dates for the activities related to the trip in your calendar. By agreeing to be a part of this trip you are committing to being involved in all of these dates that you can possibly make work, so try to make them work wherever you can. (That means if you have a job, you might have to request a few days off)
6. Pray, pray, pray – that you could raise your funds; that the trip goes well; that God would work through you and complete His will through IMPACT CHICAGO. And pray for the city, the people and the ministries that we’ll come in contact with while we’re there.
All forms and registrations need to be submitted to Pastor Barry by Sunday, May 22 AT THE LATEST.

If you want your own DVD copy of the trip, including the full video, bloopers and a slideshow of all the pics bring $5 on Sunday night to get your own. The full video will be posted on Impact’s site, Facebook and Youtube, but the extras will ONLY be on the DVD! All the money from the DVD’s will be used to buy Jeremy a holster for his sword (or should we just buy a swather for Impact?…..) See you guys Sunday night!

IMPORTANT INFO COMING UP!
First of all, if you have not filled out the online registration form for Winterfest, do it HERE!
Secondly, we’re going sledding again on Sunday night @ Jaycee Park @ 6:00 pm. Last time was so much fun that we thought we should do it again while the weather allows it. We’ll sled (or bring snowboards if you want) for awhile and then we’ll head to Perkins to grab some hot chocolate afterwards. Parents can pick up their kids around 8:30 @ Perkins!

WINTERFEST 2011 REGISTRATION!!!
Winterfest is coming up February 18-20 in Rapid City, SD. This year features the band Chasen, nationwide speaker Lee Claypoole and the always favorite, Two Empty Chairs. Cost for event registration and hotel is only $110! This trip is going to be awesome!!!
All you need to do to register and pay before January 18! Our PayPal link is not working right, so please pay with a check made to Gateway Community Fellowship. Contact Pastor Barry to make arrangements to drop it off @ the church office or his house.
